CEWIL Bursary Application

155 CEWIL bursaries are now available to domestic students taking part in an unpaid practicum as part of their Winter coursework between January 1st to March 31st, 2024.

The intention of the bursaries is to help alleviate or remove barriers for students. Barriers may include any cost that typically is associated with the WIL experience including, but not limited to, supplies, software, technology, childcare, transportation, accommodation, gear, immunizations, etc.

The information you provide will be shared with CEWIL Canada and the Government of Canada. It may be used and/or disclosed for policy analysis, research and/or program evaluation purposes. However, individual names will not be used in the aforementioned purposes.

Completion of this questionnaire is mandatory to receive funding. Refusal to provide information will result in you not being eligible to receive iHub funding or benefits from the funding.

If applying for this Bursary please ensure that your mailing address is correct and up to date in AccessCOTR.

Funding will be disbursed to the qualified applicants on a first come first serve basis. The amount received will be determined by the length of your practicum.

Applications are reviewed/processed weekly.

Note: Students who have received a bursary before can apply again, however students are not allowed to receive more than $2000 total during the lifetime of this bursary funding.

The deadline to apply for funding is March 31, 2024.
