After you have completed your Grade 12 first semester and your final marks are submitted, you must order a transcript to be sent directly to College of the Rockies through the Ministry of Education.

You should also make sure that you have applied for your program of choice at College of the Rockies online through EducationPlannerBC as you can only receive a Entrance Scholarship once you have applied to the College.

The Entrance Scholarship application must be submitted online to the Financial Aid Office and must be received as well as your transcript, by March 31.
