On-Campus Housing Request

If you have applied for a College of the Rockies’ program and have access to your College ID number, you’re ready to request a spot in on-campus housing.  No need to wait for acceptance into your program. 

Let’s get started!

Step 1: Complete the form below and click on the “Submit” button at the bottom.

Step 2: Watch your email inbox for an email from Student Housing. (You should receive it within 24-72 hours after submitting your On-Campus Housing Request). In this email, we’ll provide you with a link and instructions on creating an eRezLife account.

Step 3: Complete and submit your Housing Application on eRezLife.

Step 4: Call the Student Housing office 250-489-8282 to pay the $35 application fee – we only accept Visa Credit or Mastercard Credit. The Student Housing Office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and closed weekends and Statutory Holidays.

Step 5: Watch your email inbox for a Student Housing Room Offer. Room Offers are usually sent in late April and May.

IMPORTANT: Your Housing Application will not be considered complete until you pay the $35 application fee. Once the application fee is paid, your name will be added to the Request For Housing list.
